Customer returns

Navigation: Sales > Orders > Customer Returns

  • The Customer Returns page shows all the returned items and details within the selected timeframe.

  • Use the date filter and products selection drop-down list to customize reports, which are also downloadable as CSV files.

Return Insights

This tab shows the return summary for each product, providing valuable insights into potential areas of improvement such as product quality, packaging, etc. The summary includes:

  • The usage status of the returned product (reimbursed, returned to inventory, etc.)

  • The reason why the customer returned the product

  • The status of the returned product

  • Feedback from the customers who returned the product

Return Orders

  • This tab gives detailed return information for each item, such as the return date, order ID, etc.

  • Click the Actions button to see Seller Central's order details page.
