Follow the steps below to add team members to Scale Insights website:
1. Click on your name at the top right corner of the main dashboard on Scale Insights website. The drop-down menu will open as shown in the screenshot below. In the drop-down menu, click the "Sub Users" button.
2. On the opened page, click on the "New" button next to "Users" as per the screenshot below.
3. In the "Create User" window, fill in the empty Name and Email fields with the information of the sub-user you'd like to add. Check the screenshot below for better visualization. Then click the Save button.
4. Now you can the list with permissions as shown in the screenshot below. Select the relevant permissions for the sub-user and click the "Update" button.
The created sub-user will receive an email notification shortly with the login details. An example of such an email is shown in the screenshot below.
❗Note
You can only use the same email address for one account, not for multiple accounts.
There is no limit to the number of sub-users you can add, provided each one is assigned a unique email address.
