Scale Insights occasionally changes preset settings for the trigger criteria, rules, and strategic objectives.
Existing accounts will not automatically inherit these settings by design.
If you want to reset your automation settings to the latest preset, you have 2 options.
Navigation: Automation > Reset Settings
Option 1: Synchronize settings without deleting any rules or strategies.
This option will not remove any strategic objectives or rules assigned to your existing ads.
This option will not delete any criteria, rules, or strategic objectives you have created.
If you modify any preset settings, this option will overwrite them with the latest preset settings.
Option 2: Perform full synchronization as though it is a new account.
This option will remove any strategic objectives or rules assigned to your existing ads.
This option will delete all the criteria, rules, and strategic objectives you have created.
